The traditional feta tsantila is produced according to old recipes used in Macedonian villages and they were kept traditionaly in narrations of grandmothers. Carefully selected sheep’s and goat’s milk from the grasslands of Macedonia, strained in the tsantila (the cloth-strainer)and then it takes its time to mature till it gets the fullnes of its taste.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep and goats milk, salt, rennet, cheese culture.
